These terms apply when you use the House of Usayd online store or place an order with us. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer.

Products and information

We aim to describe and display products accurately. Colours can vary slightly between screens, and minor packaging or presentation differences may occur. Product availability and stock can change.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in the currency displayed by the store. Any applicable delivery charges are shown before you complete your order. We do not use a higher compare-at price unless it represents a genuine reference price. Payment must be authorised through the payment methods offered at checkout.

Orders

After you place an order, you will receive electronic confirmation. If we cannot fulfil an item because it is unavailable, there is an obvious pricing or listing error, or we cannot reasonably accept the order, we will contact you and refund any amount due for the affected item.

Delivery

Some products are fulfilled by partner locations and an order may arrive in separate parcels. Delivery is governed by our Shipping Policy and any delivery information shown to you before purchase.

Cancellations, returns and faulty goods

Your cancellation and return rights are explained in our Refund Policy. Goods must be as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose as required by applicable consumer law. If something is faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described, contact us so we can resolve it.

Use of the store

You must not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access, or use store content in a way that infringes intellectual property rights.

Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or restricts liability where it would be unlawful to do so, or removes rights that cannot legally be excluded. We are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable or that arise from circumstances outside our reasonable control, subject always to your mandatory consumer rights.
