House of Usayd serves customers internationally where a delivery option is available at checkout. The destinations, delivery methods and rates shown at checkout are those we can currently accept for that order.

Orders may be fulfilled by different fulfilment partners. If your order contains more than one item, those items may arrive in separate parcels and at different times.

Any delivery estimate shown at checkout, on a product page or in your order information is an estimate unless we expressly agree a specific delivery date with you. Seasonal demand, customs processing and carrier conditions can sometimes affect delivery times.

We provide tracking information when it is available for your shipment. Please check that your delivery address is complete and accurate before placing your order.

For UK consumers, unless a different delivery time has been agreed with you, goods will be delivered within 30 days as required by applicable UK distance-selling rules. Customers in other destinations may have additional rights under applicable local consumer law. If an order is delayed beyond an agreed or legally required timeframe, contact us so we can investigate and explain the options available to you.

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, brokerage or carrier fees depending on the destination and whether those charges are collected at checkout. Any charges shown at checkout will be displayed before you place your order.
