Delivery

House of Usayd serves customers internationally where a delivery option is available at checkout. Delivery availability, rates and available methods are confirmed at checkout for each order. Some products are fulfilled by different partner locations, so items from the same order may arrive in separate parcels.

Any delivery estimate shown on a product page, at checkout or in your order information is an estimate unless we expressly agree a specific delivery date with you. Tracking details will be provided when available.

For UK consumers, unless a different delivery time has been agreed with you, goods will be delivered within 30 days in line with applicable UK distance-selling rules. During the festive period, carrier networks can become busier, so we recommend ordering early for gifts or date-sensitive Christmas outfits.

Returns

If you change your mind about an online purchase, you normally have 14 days from receiving your goods to tell us you want to cancel, followed by a further 14 days to return them, where those rights apply under applicable consumer law.

Please contact House of Usayd before sending anything back so we can provide the correct return instructions. Do not return an item to an address shown on a parcel unless we have confirmed that address for your return.

You can inspect or try on an item as you would in a shop. Returned goods should not be handled beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect them. If goods are faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described, contact us as soon as possible. Your statutory rights are not affected.
